Many years ago, I was running hills on a training run to get ready for my 7th marathon. As I did, something snapped in my ankle and suddenly I was in extreme pain and couldn’t put weight on it.
Fast forward 19 years and my wife and I had become fans of the reality shows “The Biggest Loser” and “Extreme Weight Loss”.
My physical fitness was at an all-time low as I watched an episode, which involved a 370-pound individual with knee issues. Then it hit me. The lessons from the show started sinking in.
